Cyber Security Auditors & Administrators LLC provides companies a way to confidentially measure their current risk exposure to potential cyber intrusions and to maintain compliance with state and federal laws by offering the most comprehensive, up-to-date products and consultation services.

Services Available
  • Schedule, organize and conduct cyber security seminars for all of the company’s attorneys and employees, which will satisfy the training requirements under the respected state statutes the company is subject to
  • Conduct client/prospect seminars at the company’s offices to address the need for a WISP, the requirements of the Red Flag Act and privacy statutes of the various states they could be subject to
  •  Advise the company/clients/prospects on the cyber security insurance issues that arise in connection with cyber security breaches and potential opportunities for the company to be designated as a post- breach remediation manager under its clients’ insurance policies, if desired
  • Provide quarterly reviews of changes, modifications and updates of the federal and state cyber security statutes and the associate cyber IT requirements.
  • Supply and coordinate appropriate emergency post cyber security breach protocol response capabilities to the company and/or its clients/prospects
Once a company had indicated it wishes to proceed, CSA2 will prepare a formal engagement agreement for signature before beginning the assignment.

The Scope of the Engagment

CSA2 will perform an examination on the operations and technology of the company. Included in this examination, but not limited to, the following:

  •  Review the network architecture with in-house technical staff
  •  Review information collected during normal business activities
  •  Review the current Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
  •  Review current physical security
