- Schedule, organize and conduct cyber security seminars for all of the company’s attorneys and employees, which will satisfy the training requirements under the respected state statutes the company is subject to
- Conduct client/prospect seminars at the company’s offices to address the need for a WISP, the requirements of the Red Flag Act and privacy statutes of the various states they could be subject to
- Advise the company/clients/prospects on the cyber security insurance issues that arise in connection with cyber security breaches and potential opportunities for the company to be designated as a post- breach remediation manager under its clients’ insurance policies, if desired
- Provide quarterly reviews of changes, modifications and updates of the federal and state cyber security statutes and the associate cyber IT requirements.
- Supply and coordinate appropriate emergency post cyber security breach protocol response capabilities to the company and/or its clients/prospects
Once a company had indicated it wishes to proceed, CSA2 will prepare a formal engagement agreement for signature before beginning the assignment. |
The Scope of the Engagment |
CSA2 will perform an examination on the operations and technology of the company. Included in this examination, but not limited to, the following:
- Review the network architecture with in-house technical staff
- Review information collected during normal business activities
- Review the current Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
- Review current physical security
